A.R.T (Active Release Technique)

ART is a patented, state-of-the- art soft tissue technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves, also referred to as soft tissue. Head aches, back pain, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are the result of repetitive motion/over used muscles.

Graston Technique

Graston Technique is an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization technique that effectively treats most soft tissue conditions. Weather the soft tissue condition is chronic, acute or post surgical, Graston Technique offers many advantages to the parient.

Muscle Activation Technique (MAT)

MAT is a biomechanically-based system designed to identify and correct muscular imbalances in the body. It has dramatically improved functional capabilities in people of all age groups, providing a pain free lifestyle along with elevating sports performance and career longevity in many professional athletes.

Spider Tech

Spider Tech tape is a non-medical cotton tape that you apply to your body wherever it hurts. Spider Tech is the first to provide convenient, standardized and easy to use Pre-Cut Kinesiology Tape Applications, called “Spiders”

Each Spider is made of one continuous piece of Kinesiology tape so that it integrates with the body in a super-functional manner. The tape has a very specific elasticity built into the weave pattern of the cotton fabric, which mimics the elasticity and thickness of human skin, allowing it to integrate, support and stabilize without adversely affecting healthy ranges of motion.

Spiders are designed for specific body-parts and to be worn during strenuous exercise , and even in the pool. When applied correctly one spider application could last up to one week.

Stretch To Win

Stretch to Win is a patented and proven DYNAMIC stretch technique, that improves flexibility by lengthening the fascia. While many STATIC techniques which consists of holding a position at the same intensity, for the same duration are proving to be ineffective and not for the endurance athlete. The stretch to win system is consistently producing results. When compared to conventional methods, the Stretch to Win system has produced better lasting results.

Stretch Zone Method (SZM)

The Stretch Zone Method SZM Synthesizes controlled stretching techniques to work with the autonomic nervous system. It quickly and efficiently improves muscle symmetry, enhances physical performance and mitigates rheumatic pain. The SZM rests on the premise that the limiting factor to achieving full range of motion is not the length or elasticity of muscles but the nervous control of their tension via the stretch reflex. With precise stabilization, control, and comfort the Stretch Zone practitioner systematically positions, stabilizes isolates and carefully assists each rhythmical stretch.
